Katherine has been  in the fitness industry for over 15 years , working as a Fitness Director, Manager, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Yoga teacher.  Her background includes a Bachelor’s Degree and certifications  with AFAA, NASM, APEX, Sivananda, White Lotus, Yogafit, and JGSI.  Katherine brings a holistic and refreshing attitude toward fitness.  Her  focus is on increasing a persons quality of life, health status, energy levels and self esteem, while decreasing stress and tension with proper diet, exercise and relaxation techniques.  Katherine is also the director at The City of Skagway Health, Fitness, and Family Recreation Center (SRC) and will be utilizing the facility for all training packages during off hours. PERSONAL FITNESS ASSESMENT-1 HOUR $35.00
Learn your current health status and receive baseline information to compare your progress at a later date. This is an excellent motivational tool to help increase the likely-hood of adherence to your fitness program. Especially good for people who do not feel they are getting results or would like to see actual data measuring their progress.

PERSONAL TRAINING-1 HOUR $35.00
One hour session which provides you with a personalized workout suited to your specific fitness goals. Certified trainer will develop an exercise program for you to follow on your own and take you through the program teaching proper form and technique.
Prerequisite: Personal Fitness Assessment

PERSONAL TRAINING-5 HOURS $150.00
Five hour long sessions with certified personal trainer. First session involves a complete Fitness Assessment, followed by four more sessions which include the development and proper execution of your own personalized exercise program. Cardiorespiratory training, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility will be the focus. 

PERSONAL TRAINING –10 HOURS $275.00
Ten hour long sessions with certified personal trainer. First session involves a complete Fitness Assessment, followed by four more sessions which include the development and proper execution of your own personalized exercise program. Cardiorespiratory training, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility will be the focus. 

PERSONAL YOGA SESSION-1 HOUR $35.00
This one hour, personalized yoga session is catered to your specific interest and needs incorporating all aspects of yoga. Experience a complete class with personal corrections and modifications, or work on perfecting specific asanas and developing breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques. Catered specifically to client’s desires.

PERSONAL YOGA SESSION-5 HOURS $150.00
Five hours of one on one yoga training catered to your specific interest and needs regarding all aspects of yoga. Experience a complete class with personal corrections and modifications, or work on perfecting specific asanas and developing breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques. Catered specifically to client’s desires.

PERSONAL YOGA SESSION-10 HOURS $275.00

PERSONALIZED GROUP YOGA
Schedule your own yoga class with your employees or group!  Great for team building, birthday’s, weddings, and special life events.  Or just a nice way to get together with your friends in positive empowering way.  Class is catered to various levels of ability!  You can choose your space or use the studio at the Skagway Recreation Center.  (See prices)    

$60.00 1-hour(in SRC yoga studio)    

$80.00 1-hour(at your home or workplace)

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  HOURS OF AVAILABILITY WILL BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY TRAINING PACKAGE. ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE IN ADVANCE WITH FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO FIRST SESSION.  CANCELLATION OF ANY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT 24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED TO CLIENT, NO EXCEPTIONS.  ALL APPOINTMENTS BEGIN AND END AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME.
